This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR processes, policies, and benefits. Key responsibilities include managing the onboarding and offboarding process, maintaining accurate employee data in the HRIS, and supporting cyclical people programs like performance reviews and compensation updates. The Generalist will also assist with payroll and benefits administration, contribute to policy drafting and employee communications, oversee workplace operations and vendor coordination, and support the hiring and management of workplace support staff.
