Responsibilities

The People Operations Generalist will own and improve the company’s onboarding experience, continuously refine key company processes such as offboarding, leave tracking, and benefits administration, maintain and update personnel policies and documentation to ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple U.S. states, lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that strengthen company culture, and take over the visa and immigration process, building a scalable pathway for future international hires.
