Responsibilities

The Senior HR Business Partner will build trusted relationships with business leaders to develop and execute organizational and people strategies, focusing primarily on Product, Tech, UX, and Data teams. This role involves evaluating organizational health using data, supporting a growing global product and technology team through change, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to guide leaders. Responsibilities also include driving performance management, designing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions, establishing efficient people operations processes, collaborating with COE Partners, investigating and resolving employee relations issues, providing policy guidance, developing HR training, and mitigating organizational risk through compliance with regulations.
