Requirements

The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience in managing payroll implementation projects and data migration. Responsibilities include defining payroll process requirements, setting up systems, managing client payroll calendars, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of payroll processes. The role requires maintaining detailed project documentation, configuring interfaces and reports, and overseeing the go-live transition and sign-off. Experience with GL report mapping is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

Oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for clients. Lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer and seamless transitions. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to guide clients through setup and migration phases, offering ongoing support and training. Organize and run kick-off meetings, create and manage project plans, and deliver successful client roll-outs. Support project review calls, coordinate project streams, and manage changes to scope and delivery schedules. Define and set up agreed client payroll processes, establishing all payroll and data requirements. Ensure each client payroll calendar is managed timely and effectively. Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and process documentation. Define, agree, and configure all interfaces, reports, and system configurations to successfully deliver parallel and live payroll. Work with clients to sign off on projects and document client-specific needs and processes, ensuring validation and confirmation of project implementation. Generate reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data. Map GL reports if required.
