The Fast Track Connections Specialist will oversee a client's first 401(k) contribution, communicating with customers to identify needs and educate them on retirement savings options. This role involves working cross-functionally with sales and account management, driving processes, and managing stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include being the main point of contact for clients, establishing technical integrations with payroll providers, developing an understanding of payroll systems, interrogating payroll data, evaluating data discrepancies, and assisting in drafting procedures related to payroll information flow and regulatory compliance.
