Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll implementation and data migration, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and requirements. Experience in project management, including creating and maintaining project plans, is essential. Familiarity with system configuration, interface setup, and generating payroll reports for analysis, auditing, and reconciliation is also required. Experience with GL report mapping is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Implementation Manager will oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients. This includes leading the full payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer, proper system configuration, and a seamless transition. Responsibilities involve collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through setup and migration, and providing ongoing support and training. The role includes organizing and running kickoff meetings, delivering implementations, managing project plans, supporting project review calls, coordinating project streams, managing scope changes, defining and setting up client payroll processes, establishing payroll and data requirements, managing client payroll calendars, maintaining detailed project documentation, configuring interfaces and systems for parallel and live payroll, managing the go-live transition and sign-off, and generating reports for payroll data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation.
