Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Analyst. Strong proficiency is required in Workday Integration tools and technologies such as Workday Studio, Workday Payroll Interfaces, and Workday’s connector library, with expertise in building and maintaining RESTful and SOAP based API integrations using OAuth2.0 authentication flows and certificate based security. Advanced skills in XSLT transformations, JSON manipulation, XML schema design, and data mapping are also necessary, along with hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

The Senior Integrations Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert on Workday integrations, designing, developing, and implementing complex integrations between Workday and various external/internal systems. They will create and maintain integrations to support data flows, collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Responsibilities include conducting testing, troubleshooting production issues, creating documentation, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards, and staying current with Workday releases and updates. The role also involves proposing and implementing enhancements to existing integrations.
