Responsibilities

The Patient Services Specialist will provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers, acting on behalf of local branch offices after hours and during weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include accepting urgent calls, troubleshooting equipment issues, handling urgent new patient setups, routing or dispatching technicians or respiratory therapists, and providing other necessary support. The role also involves developing business relationships with field leadership through collaboration and communication, flagging trends in common complaints, and partnering cross-functionally to implement preventative measures.
