A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with at least 2 years of proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, capital equipment, pharma, DME, or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment. Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business or budgeting, demonstrated strategic selling skills, and outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. A valid driver's license is mandatory, and clinical experience in a Respiratory environment is a plus.
The Account Executive will be responsible for selling Respiratory Health products to various healthcare facilities, including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, and home care settings. This role involves developing and implementing strategic territory sales plans for Baxter's Respiratory Health products, programs, and services, while managing both clinical and financial aspects of accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Key duties include meeting and exceeding sales quotas, prospecting for new business, communicating Baxter's competitive differentiation, and completing company reports and projects according to standards and deadlines.
