Responsibilities

The Resource and Scheduling Specialist will administer technician schedules to maximize appointment availability and manage field team schedules and expenses, including overtime. Responsibilities include handling time off requests from field technicians and supervisors, managing shift bid and schedule information, coordinating Buried Service Wire (BSW) and drop locates, obtaining permits, closing out requests, tracking illness and FMLA occurrences, and allocating vacation slots and comp days based on field scheduling tool data.
