The Patient Account Resolution Specialist will provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers, aiming to turn disgruntled patients into satisfied customers. They will support field teams by delivering timely feedback, problem-solve common complaints by identifying trends and implementing preventative measures, and proactively create a better patient experience. Responsibilities include supporting branches, reviewing patient accounts to obtain necessary billing documentation, researching and securing customer information for equipment coverage, managing relationships with field leadership, referrals, and patients, evaluating documentation for compliance with standards and regulations, and performing follow-up for timely reimbursement.
