Requirements

  • Master’s degree and an active, unencumbered clinical license in any state (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)
  • 5 years of post-master’s licensed clinical experience across diverse populations, including high-acuity and crisis situations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for providers, patients, and internal teams, supporting the management of complex and high-risk clinical situations
  • Actively resolve questions, investigate clinical risk situations and adverse events, and address clinical grievances
  • Ensure providers and patients receive the necessary support and guidance
  • Leverage strong clinical knowledge to promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and best practices in care delivery
  • Interact daily with providers and patients by video, phone, or email (no direct clinical care required)
  • In the future, may participate in on-call crisis response during business hours
