  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals to patient payments and supporting documentation
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks at manager's discretion
  • Review patient electronic communications and delegate as needed
  • Create partner cases daily
  • Post late cancels daily
  • Support admin functions and queue-based work for their sole job function (authorizations, insurance payment posting, etc.)
