Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the healthcare or technology industry. A proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, negotiating and closing strategic partnerships, and a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem are essential. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's), 10+ years of progressive experience in health technology or life sciences go-to-market leadership and business development, an established network of relationships with key healthcare decision-makers, significant experience in structuring complex partnerships, and demonstrated experience in launching and scaling innovative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

The Partnerships Lead will spearhead the strategic development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Verily's health solutions, driving market penetration and business growth through effective initiatives and impactful strategic partnerships. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and securing collaborations with key stakeholders, leading business development efforts for strategic channel partnerships, PBMs, and other channels influencing payer and employer markets, and building and structuring complex deal structures. The lead will develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans, proactively identify, prioritize, and engage potential partners, negotiate and execute strategic agreements, and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams. Responsibilities also include monitoring and analyzing KPIs to evaluate strategy effectiveness and communicating plans, progress, and opportunities to stakeholders.
