The Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Launch & Partnerships Operator to drive market growth through strategic relationships and flawless execution. This role is for individuals who possess a founder's mindset and an operator's discipline to build real-world traction and revenue.

What You Own

  • Realtor Channel: Develop and manage a robust referral network by building high-value partnerships with realtors through direct outreach, pitching, and negotiation.
  • Vendor Stack: Source, negotiate, and secure top-tier vendors for launch events and activations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Event Machine: Design, plan, and execute launch events with meticulous attention to detail and precision.
  • Market Launch Execution: Oversee all operational aspects of market launches, from initial site preparation to agile adaptation of plans.
  • Revenue Alignment: Focus on driving pipeline, fostering partner loyalty, and achieving a strong return on investment (ROI) through all activities.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for the success and outcomes within your assigned market.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2-4 years of intensive operational experience in events, partnerships, or market expansion. Experience in hospitality, real estate, or Go-To-Market (GTM) operations is a plus.
  • Startup Speed: Ability to make fast decisions, manage high context-switching, and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Grit: A strong work ethic and a preference for outworking rather than outtalking.
  • Pressure Tolerance: Ability to remain calm and effective in chaotic situations and perform sharply under high stakes.
  • Outcome-Oriented: A focus on owning and delivering results rather than just managing tasks.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Linear, and Google Sheets is beneficial, but the ability to execute quickly is paramount.
