Requirements

  • Ability to assess co-sell, re-sell, and implementation engagement needs in collaboration with the Revenue Organization
  • Capability to actively recruit new Partners based on requirements like quota fulfillment, sales/implementation fulfillment, and market whitespace coverage
  • Close collaboration skills with HQ Partnerships Team, Marketing, Professional Services, Finance, and other functions
  • Proactive management of assigned portfolio of existing Partners
  • Execution of all activities prescribed by Partnerships Development guidelines/playbook (account planning, lead generation/demand, joint marketing activities, Partner enablement, forecasting, QBRs)
  • Ability to activate 100% of signed partners (per active partner definition)
  • Market expertise and deep understanding of partners’ organizations and objectives
  • Forecasting business growth, tracking/analyzing relationships, and identifying/implementing growth opportunities via QBRs
  • Meeting assigned quarterly targets through existing and target Partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Lead the process of acquiring new partners (local/regional) in alignment with HQ and regional sales management
  • Sign new partnerships and actively manage existing partnerships to grow, monetize, and expand them according to defined revenue/gross profit goals
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements and drive adoption of company programs among assigned Partners
  • Develop high-value relationships with partners and customers; send welcome emails and necessary onboarding information per playbook and program guidelines
  • Ensure Infobip solutions, sales approach, and go-to-market activities provide value to partners in portfolio
  • Facilitate access to Partner Portal (PRM), MindTickle, and other features for partner users; monitor license usage and revoke unused licenses
  • Organize Partnership-related events and drive initiatives to improve Infobip’s relationship with partners
  • Develop local relationships with Partners and facilitate connections with internal resources as needed
  • Monitor partners’ sales cycles and help acquire new customers for assigned idle partners based on scoring
  • Fuel customer acquisitions and partner growth through continuous portfolio management and collaboration with Infobip’s Sales representatives
  • Demonstrate market expertise to develop ways for partners to achieve objectives via Infobip products/services
  • Proactively lead joint partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones (via QBRs), reporting to Regional Head of Strategic Partnerships
