Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree, with over 10 years of IT experience, including at least 8 years in EPM consulting specifically within the FP&A planning space. Required functional and technical knowledge includes Financial Analysis & Planning, with experience in tools like Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, SAC, or similar planning tools specializing in FP&A. At least 4 years of Anaplan deployment experience or experience with any other planning tool deployment is preferred. The role requires experience in leading, managing, or coaching others, a track record of successful partner enablement, pre-sales, or implementation functions in the EPM/Planning space, and demonstrated experience as a coach and mentor in a software implementation environment. Familiarity with a formal system implementation methodology is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Partner Success Manager will drive partner-led growth through technical go-to-market strategies, enablement, and delivery excellence. This includes observing, coaching, and managing Anaplan partner resources throughout their lifecycle, both in the field and via workshops. Internally, the role involves developing strategic partner development plans with Alliances, Customer Success, Sales, and Channel resources, continually evaluating onboarding and training needs, and liaising with Partner Operations to develop partner metrics. Externally, responsibilities include enabling partners to identify and position Anaplan solutions, reviewing partner customer portfolios, designing action plans, recommending additional training and onsite support, and participating in partner planning meetings covering resource planning and engagement reviews. The role also entails providing product and field expertise to Content Developers for localized materials, establishing and hosting Partner Days to build regional contacts, and ensuring partners are ready to implement solutions.
