Responsibilities

  • Own and streamline EPD onboarding and training programs
  • Automate and standardize systems, templates, and workflows for onboarding and learning
  • Partner with managers, presenters, and external stakeholders to create and maintain cohesive live and async training and onboarding resources
  • Implement measurable tools to track success for new hires
  • Build reporting systems to surface data in a clear, actionable, and digestible way
  • Analyze survey data, feedback, and performance metrics to identify trends and measure program impact
  • Create an onboarding experience that encourages connection, trust, and collaboration for new hires
  • Provide managers with team onboarding templates, visibility into new hire performance signals, and communicate SLAs, timelines, and milestones
  • Develop learning materials and manage content within LMS systems (Workramp, Docebo)
