Candidates must be located in Brazil and possess 6+ years of pre-sales or solution architecture experience, preferably in the observability space. Strong experience selling SaaS software, proficiency with qualification frameworks like MEDDIC, and excellent communication skills for remote, global teams are essential. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, strong judgment, leadership, and problem-solving skills are also required. Bonus points for experience in OSS-first companies, familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki, understanding of observability and cloud-native tooling, and hands-on Kubernetes experience. A Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
The Partner Solutions Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor to partners, enabling their success through education, enablement, and direct engagement. This role involves partnering with Channel and Field Sales to communicate Grafana's vision and technical strategy, leading technical engagements to drive deal progression, and delivering product demos and presentations. Responsibilities include shaping and expanding Grafana Partner University, collaborating with internal teams for product feedback, supporting various selling motions, and running workshops and training sessions to generate pipeline. Travel up to 50% is expected to support partner engagements.
