Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in a pre-sales technical role, such as Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Solutions Engineer. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong entrepreneurial drive, and outstanding presentation skills are essential. Experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and knowledge of UNIX/Linux are also required.

Responsibilities

The Channel Sales Engineer will provide pre-sales technical support throughout the sales process, collaborating closely with the sales team to identify customer opportunities and understand their business needs. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations, acting as a technical advisor to customers, and staying informed about industry trends. The role also involves addressing technical questions and objections, creating technical presentations and training sessions for partners and customers, and maintaining accurate activity updates in Salesforce. This position may require travel to customer meetings.
