Solution Architect - Teammate (REMOTE)

The Solution Architect - Teammate is responsible for leading technology design and solutioning for initiatives across People & Purpose, Facilities Construction & Real Estate, Athlete Financial Services, and Intelligent Automation domains. They will drive the design and transformation of systems to deliver modern, cloud-native solutions, collaborate across functions to align business goals with technical solutions, and guide technical designs leveraging reference architecture patterns. This role involves producing and maintaining technology systems views and roadmaps, ensuring consistent solution architecture designs, and delivering artifacts to assess business and systems impacts. Additionally, they will maintain current and transitional systems diagrams and ensure non-functional requirements such as security, compliance, reliability, and performance are met. The Solution Architect will also work with stakeholders to turn design options, risks, and feasibility assessments into actionable technology roadmaps and stay current on emerging technical trends, patterns, and solutions.
