Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer in a SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to provide technical leadership to a Channel account team
  • Ability to coordinate across various groups and functional teams
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in Voice, Contact Center, Video, or Mobile Communications
  • Understanding of VoIP and data networking protocols
  • Understanding of customer communications requirements for enterprise business markets
  • Competitive knowledge of solution, technology, and product offerings
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions
  • Some understanding of software development technologies (desirable)
  • Some experience with project management and resource tracking
  • Demonstrated ability to implement, drive, and track projects
  • Must reside in MST or PST

Responsibilities

  • Partner enablement and training
  • Remote and onsite product demonstrations
  • Prospect network readiness
  • Solution validation via Proof of Concepts (POCs)
  • Monitoring and supporting SE collaborative teams
  • Managing customer feature requests and documentation for product teams
  • Lab testing
  • Continued education on the platform and underlying technologies
  • Support industry-related trade shows and events
  • Working alongside Channel Partners in acquiring new business
  • Applying solutions, technology, and products to business opportunities
