Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses over 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, with a proven track record in channel sales, partner account management, or channel development within a software vendor. Experience in a cybersecurity company is required, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols. In-depth channel and field sales experience, including knowledge of the cloud market business model, along with strong presentation, communication, and planning skills are essential. A high level of discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Partner Security Success Manager will act as a trusted advisor and strategic liaison to partners, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of security solutions. This role involves driving security best practices, guiding partners through compliance and threat landscapes, and aligning security initiatives with business objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal security, sales, and technical teams, as well as external partner stakeholders, to identify risks, provide guidance on secure architecture, and promote the proactive use of security features. The manager will also conduct territory analysis, plan joint activities with distributors, train partners on products, perform account planning, motivate partners to sell Acronis services, drive partner satisfaction, manage the partner lifecycle, and orchestrate internal resources to support partner growth.
