Requirements

Candidates should possess a deep working knowledge of CDW's structure, leadership, and go-to-market strategies, with established relationships among CDW executives in Sales, Technical, and Partner Management. A university/college degree and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets are essential. The role requires exceptional interpersonal, conflict resolution, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a strategic thinking and hunter mentality. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities are necessary, as is the capacity to work independently or within a team. Previous sales experience in information security and strong technical knowledge of security and networking technologies are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The National Alliances Manager will develop and implement a strategic plan to exceed growth expectations within CDW's SLED and Healthcare segments. This includes understanding CDW's go-to-market strategy for each segment, collaborating cross-functionally with CrowdStrike Marketing and enablement to build and support alliance program initiatives, and strategically leveraging investment resources to maximize ROI while meeting partner-sourced revenue targets. The role involves elevating CrowdStrike's brand within CDW at both executive and seller levels, aligning with CrowdStrike's Americas sales leadership to ensure synergy with partner sales teams and overall strategy, and coordinating with CrowdStrike regional and tech alliance managers to execute strategic plans in territory.
