Requirements

  • Extensive track record in software sales, systems integration delivery, or business development
  • Proven experience working with various partners
  • Experience within, or an understanding of, the partner ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the partner business in the Central region
  • Generate incremental, distributed software license and service-related revenue
  • Focus solely on Dynatrace’s SIEC platform suite
  • Develop strategic relationships with global, regional, and national partners
  • Create joint business initiatives leveraging Dynatrace solutions
  • Jointly develop sales strategies with partners and implement initiatives with local sales teams
  • Travel selectively to meet with partners and sales teams
  • Understand partners’ business and align Dynatrace solutions to create compelling “go-to-market” propositions
  • Qualify new Partners and communicate the value of Dynatrace solutions to both C-level and technical staff
  • Develop Partners to become self-sufficient in marketing jointly developed solutions
  • Develop and build sales strategies across all Dynatrace solutions with assigned partners in the region
  • Communicate region partner activities to other Dynatrace Partner Managers
  • Manage, track, and report on action items, results, business plan development, marketing successes, and accurate partner sales forecasts
