Candidates must possess at least 10 years of experience in a partner-facing or alliance management role within an enterprise software or cloud technology company, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Professional Services sales. Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with large Global System Integrators or boutique consultancies is required, along with a proven track record of building and managing a sales pipeline and exceeding targets in a partner-centric sales model. A strong understanding of services contracts, statements of work, and the commercial aspects of subcontracting and partner agreements is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary, as is a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. Direct experience working with or for key Snowflake partners, hands-on experience with the Snowflake Data Cloud platform, and a deep understanding of the data and analytics landscape are highly desirable. Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced technology company and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree are preferred. The ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization, collaborating with various teams, is also preferred.
The Partner Practice Manager will be responsible for building and executing the Professional Services Partnering strategy in the ANZ region, focusing on Global and Regional System Integrators. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing joint Go-to-Market strategies with partners, defining target markets, joint offerings, and rules of engagement. The role involves overseeing the onboarding of new services partners and ensuring existing partners are continuously enabled on Snowflake's latest features and best practices. Contract and commercial management, including master services agreements and subcontracting paperwork, will be managed to ensure a smooth and compliant process. Additionally, the manager will work with Snowflake partner sales teams to identify, develop, and close joint services opportunities, building a robust pipeline, developing joint proposals, and helping partners scale their business jointly with Snowflake services.
