Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to articulate complex programs clearly and inclusively across diverse teams and stakeholders, and be comfortable enabling and coaching partner leaders through structured enablement journeys.
The Senior Partner Business Manager will drive strategic growth with key consulting and implementation partners by developing joint business plans, aligning accounts, and fostering industry solution growth. Responsibilities include guiding partner goal setting, capacity modeling, and strategic investments to accelerate performance and ecosystem impact. The role involves leading readiness assessments, roadmap sessions, cross-functional engagement, and progress tracking for ecosystem health and tiering. Additionally, the manager will create and manage execution plans, reporting dashboards, and interlocks for continuous alignment and results, collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market strategies for areas like AI and digital transformation, ensure partner enablement and capacity building for scalable customer outcomes, facilitate executive engagements like QBRs and pipeline reviews, and partner with Marketing to design and execute joint campaigns and events.
