Candidates must have over 6 years of professional experience in channel management, software/services sales, consulting, or business development within the cloud or software technology sector. Experience working with System Integrators (SIs) to drive technology sales, a proven track record in pipeline generation and bookings, and expertise in cloud technology, AI/ML, data, analytics, APIs, and platforms are essential. The role requires strong executive selling and business development skills, the ability to design and present business plans, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. A Bachelor's degree and the ability to travel 25%-50% are also required.
The Partner Development Manager will manage a portfolio of Global and Regional System Integrators to achieve partnership goals, including net new customers and consumption. They will support partners in go-to-market activities, ensure the successful execution of business plans by managing cross-functional relationships within partners, and work with partners to expand into new strategic areas. Responsibilities include building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, organizing and executing events with the partner community, pitching the Snowflake partnership value proposition, and ensuring alignment on joint account pursuits.
