Candidates should possess excellent spoken and written German skills, a strong appetite for reaching their quota, and previous experience as a quota-carrying Alliance, Channel, or Partner Manager. Recent documented success with alliance, sales, or partner management, along with a history of establishing new relationships with partners and driving joint co-selling and co-marketing activities, is preferred.
As a Partner Account Manager, you will recruit and account manage key Algolia partners across various types, including consulting companies, advisor firms, system integrators, and technology companies, to drive revenue growth. You will build and execute local strategies and GTM plans to increase revenue from your partner portfolio, coordinate across teams to provide guidance, focus on driving incremental pipeline from joint activities, present proposals and updates to EMEA sales leadership, and develop joint sales and marketing collateral, white papers, and other materials.
