Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 6+ years of experience managing revenue-focused partnerships and/or working closely with partners to drive sales, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals both individually and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, including presenting, speaking, and writing, are essential, along with comfort working in a remote-first environment and the ability to manage shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

As a Partner Manager, you will collaborate with leadership to shape and execute a partner strategy that supports growth across Planet’s Commercial verticals, build and manage strong partner relationships across North America and Europe, work closely with Sales and Product leaders to align partnerships with broader business objectives, enable partner success through contracts and business structures, represent partnerships in key meetings, and advocate for partner needs within Planet to drive stronger collaboration and outcomes.
