Ibotta Care Agents will provide excellent customer service via email tickets, investigate user issues within the Ibotta app by reviewing account information and system notes, and act as an advocate for users. They will also problem-solve by reviewing Ibotta systems and customer accounts, and may be assigned special projects for leadership teams.
