The Customer Service Representative will build and maintain professional relationships with customers, personalizing communication to enhance their experience. They will provide technical support, employ fast-paced critical thinking to anticipate and address customer needs, and process orders, refunds, and other customer requests with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities also include engaging with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and address concerns effectively, learning and maintaining a deep understanding of products and services, and navigating new software quickly while managing multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously.
