Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will build and maintain professional relationships with customers, personalizing communication to enhance their experience. Responsibilities also include engaging with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and address concerns effectively, learning and maintaining a deep understanding of products and services, and navigating new software quickly while managing multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously.
