The Customer Care Associate will respond promptly to member support requests, accurately answer questions about membership and content, and troubleshoot technical issues. They will document bugs, collaborate with the engineering team, capture and share customer feedback, and maintain Help Center articles. Responsibilities also include contributing to the development of support processes and staying updated on app functionality.
