We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our MSP Channel team, which is focused on building and managing strategic partnerships with resellers, distributors, RMM providers, Telcos, MSSPs, system integrators, and other third-party service providers. This team plays a key role in expanding the reach of our services by developing a strong partner ecosystem, enabling partners through training and support, and driving go-to-market strategies. By leveraging these partnerships, we scale our business, reach new markets, and deliver our solutions more efficiently—all while empowering partners to succeed. This is a remote opportunity within the Netherlands.

Requirements

• Communication & Language:
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Dutch, and German.
  • English is required.
  • Proficiency in other languages is an asset.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in selling IT, password management, MSP or cybersecurity solutions.
• Track Record: Proven track record of generating new business, managing relationships, and closing deals.
• Presentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to foster effective in-person relationships and deliver engaging sales presentations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate meaningful internal and external (partners, stakeholders, etc.) relationships.

Responsibilities

• New business generation
• New business identification
• Prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach to potential MSP partners.
• Attend MSP industry events and/or travel to MSPs and other key clients.
• Understand MSPs’ needs and present 1Password MSP programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with MSP partners.
• Up to 30% travel per quarter across the UK and EMEA region.
