Strong understanding of email infrastructure, DNS management, IP configurations, and SMTP
Ability to identify and resolve different email deliverability issues
Familiarity with anti-spam technologies

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve various email deliverability issues (spam blocks, blacklists, spam complaints, domain reputation drops, etc.)
Ensure uninterrupted email distribution across projects
Communicate with internal teams to address their issues, questions, and requests
Analyze deliverability cases and provide the most effective solutions for the business
Assist with mailbox warm-ups, DNS settings optimization, and bounce log analysis
Monitor the health and stability of our mailboxes
Prepare regular reports on deliverability performance and recommendations for improvements
