Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of Optometrists and Optical assistants
  • Ensuring compliance processes and procedures are followed
  • Reviewing sales forecasting and department targets
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Clinic management and managing the shop floor process
  • Working in close partnership with an Optometrist to coach and develop the team
