Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing the entire operation of the Optical department
Managing a team of Optometrists and Optical assistants
Ensuring compliance processes and procedures are followed
Reviewing sales forecasting and department targets
Dealing with customer queries
Clinic management and managing the shop floor process
Working in close partnership with an Optometrist to coach and develop the team
