Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a services sales and delivery role, or a similar capacity, managing complex, technical implementation projects and revenue forecasting
  • Direct experience within the telecommunications and media, and advertising market is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and complexity in deal processing and project execution
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding bookings, utilization, and consumption targets
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and translate effectively across both internal teams and customer organizational structures
  • Demonstrated success in building strong, trust-based relationships with sales teams and other internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead services sales and project delivery for key accounts, including large telecommunications and media companies
  • Own the entire professional services lifecycle, from deal strategy and proposal creation to execution and post-sales delivery hand-off
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and sell professional services opportunities
  • Engage with C-level executives to create and execute services roadmaps
  • Achieve quarterly bookings, utilization, and consumption targets
  • Manage deal reviews and ensure project scope is well-defined for customer success
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with both external clients and internal sales teams
  • Act as the primary Professional Services point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Serve as the initial point of escalation for customer and project teams
  • Collaborate with other delivery partners and internal teams (legal, deal desk, account teams) to navigate complex processes
  • Lead high-performing teams and manage project financials (revenue forecasting, expense management)
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and help define best practices for the broader organization
