Responsibilities

Drive adoption of Testable Design and Shift-Left practices within product teams (50% Strategic Leadership & Quality Ownership)
Define and execute quality strategy for designated domain, ensuring alignment with company QE transformation roadmap
Lead collaborative risk assessment and prioritization with PMs and EMs based on business impact, user criticality, and data loss potential
Act as domain champion for new QE standards, collaborating with QE Architect to enforce mandatory quality gates and standardized frameworks
Participate in weekly Quality Huddle with other Domain Leads to identify and mitigate cross-cutting risks and dependencies
Own integration and utilization of embedded partner resources (TMA/HTEC) within the domain as full team collaborators
Contribute actively to day-to-day testing in product teams within the domain
Operate as strategic owner for designated business vertical, owning delivery and quality of features released
Drive strategy centered on API contract testing, performance engineering, and “quality-as-code” in CI/CD pipelines
Manage, mentor, and strategically enforce standards to prevent defects pre-coding (people management aspect implied)
