Responsibilities

  • Coordination of the courier process, including supervision of its smoothness and correctness, and implementation of improvements
  • Planning, organization, and supervision of task execution in the courier team
  • Building team spirit and motivating engagement in task execution
  • Optimization of courier routes and ensuring appropriate quality and appearance of couriers
  • Supervision of compliance with internal procedures and occupational health and safety regulations
  • Creating reports and summaries
  • Conducting initial and supplementary training for couriers
