Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven ability to make sound business decisions, and experience managing a full-service team with multiple daily functions. A strong leadership foundation, self-starting capabilities, and the ability to independently manage inventory levels and evolving customer business requirements are essential. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include tracking attendance, providing progressive discipline, developing relationships with internal departments, customers, and vendors, and acting as a change agent for process improvements. The role also involves service recovery for escalated customer issues and understanding event processing tasks.
