Requirements

Candidates must possess deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer proficiency. Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills are also required. The ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, overtime, and respond to urgent issues, is necessary. Prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will support the Store Manager in the overall leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store. This includes managing and supervising store operations, implementing company policies, managing sales and inventory, overseeing employee staffing, training, and development, handling financial management, and leading customer service initiatives. They will also lead others, work effectively with store crews, supervise and direct crew activities, and communicate information effectively to the store crew and supervisors. Additionally, they will support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements and assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting the CVS customer service culture.
