Requirements

Responsibilities include overseeing the design process from concept to completion, resolving design challenges, leading the roll-out of design initiatives, and facilitating the incorporation of business strategies into store designs. Additionally, the role involves inspiring and mentoring a team of Store Designers, enhancing engagement, providing clear direction and feedback, and attracting and retaining top design talent.
