Responsibilities
- Help coordinate planning processes, recurring team meetings, and company-wide communication cadences
- Support logistics and execution for internal and external events

- Partner with stakeholders on maintaining documentation for audit-readiness and internal accountability
- Assist with vendor coordination, procurement, and travel logistics

- Contribute to a strong team culture through clear communication, proactive follow-through, and a collaborative mindset
