The ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mid-size projects from idea to execution is also essential, along with comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity.
The Operations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between Mejuri and the fulfillment center leadership team, building a strong partnership and driving overall performance. This role involves monitoring and enforcing adherence to KPIs and SLAs, including operational, financial, and customer-based metrics. The manager will deep dive into performance data to identify improvement opportunities and partner with the 3PL to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Key responsibilities include leading initiatives to improve scalability and flexibility during peak seasons and for expected post-peak volume, identifying and implementing best practices in warehousing and fulfillment, and closely collaborating with internal teams like Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Experience, and Planning to align fulfillment operations with business needs.
