Requirements

The Operations Manager should have 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, residential services, or property/building operations, with luxury experience preferred. Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles is required, along with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills. Financial acumen including budget, expense management, and cash handling is also necessary, as is familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, property management software, and hotel systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

As the Operations Manager, responsibilities include leading and developing the Flow Experience team, overseeing guest and resident hospitality, ensuring daily hotel and residential operations run smoothly, collaborating with the community team to execute weekend events and support resident programming, tracking performance and feedback, managing budgets and financial records, maintaining clear communication with team members and management, and serving as the primary on-site leader throughout the weekend to ensure seamless hotel concierge services, optimized property management, exceptional guest and resident experiences, and efficient team leadership. This role also involves managing package and property workflows, maintaining order in common areas, and coordinating with housekeeping and facilities, as well as acting as the main escalation point for all guest or resident issues.
