Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Sales/CS Enablement, or a similar operational role, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment. Experience supporting Technical Account Managers or similar customer-facing technical roles is required, along with a proven ability to manage and optimize complex workflows and systems. Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau, Looker, Totango, Power BI, or SharePoint are also necessary.
The Operations Manager will develop and implement operational strategies to support TAM business goals and customer outcomes, defining and tracking KPIs to evaluate TAM effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying and streamlining inefficiencies in TAM workflows, building playbooks and SOPs, and managing and optimizing TAM tools. The role also involves developing dashboards and reports for performance insights, acting as a liaison between TAMs and other departments, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance TAM programs and drive change management.
