They should have experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing senior leadership, a strong understanding of leadership coaching best practices and sales methodologies, and proven success in building, scaling, and facilitating leadership development programs. Experience partnering with Talent/HR teams on manager or executive training programs, strong project management skills, and the ability to analyze business metrics to design enablement strategies are also required. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills are essential, along with a collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented working style.
The Senior GTM Enablement Manager will partner with General Managers and VPs across the Revenue organization to identify leadership skill needs and areas for development. They will own and facilitate existing Revenue Leadership Development programs, lead the Voice of Sales and Voice of Customer Success councils, and collaborate with Talent Development to design and deliver customized leadership skill training. This role involves using data and metrics to identify leadership improvement opportunities, coaching leaders on amplifying team success, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to align enablement with business priorities. The manager will also facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops for Revenue leaders.
