Candidates must possess at least 3 years of management experience or a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field. A general understanding of Profit and Loss statements is required, along with excellent verbal, written, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to think systematically are essential. The role demands proficiency in Google Drive functions or related software. A US driver's license valid for a minimum of 3 years with a clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years) is mandatory. Applicants must also pass a drug test and background check, and obtain/maintain all required federal, state, and local licenses and certificates.
The Operations Manager will lead a local field operations team, focusing on quality and customer service to ensure a memorable customer experience. Key responsibilities include providing leadership, coaching, and development to team members, managing labor utilization, inventory control, fleet management, loss prevention, and safety compliance. The role involves being responsible for customer retention, employee retention, and service center EBITDA, continually monitoring and balancing labor utilization with production for optimal efficiency. This includes managing all inventory and fleet within the service center, overseeing payroll for service professionals, and striving for high operational efficiency and effective labor management. Collaboration with the Regional Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement department is crucial for growth and success by ensuring safe and efficient service delivery. The manager will execute improvement plans, report progress, meet KPI standards, work with the talent team for hiring needs, and foster a positive learning environment. Setting and managing goals with team members to improve performance using dashboards and other tools is also a core duty, as is teaching proper communication and sales skills. The Operations Manager will collaborate with trainers and local leadership to implement and deliver training, and deliver excellent customer service to both potential and existing customers.
