Requirements

The Growth Activation Lead should have experience in translating investment theses into specific cross-serve goals at newly acquired firms. They must be skilled in coaching and training new team members, deploying and refining growth playbooks, and overseeing cross-servicing activation activities. Experience in orchestrating strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Client Development is essential. The role requires the ability to implement sales strategies integrated into technology for data-driven decision-making and lead business requirements development for enabling processes and technology. A proactive approach to identifying sales process improvements and designing scalable analytics is also required.

Responsibilities

The Growth Activation Lead will enable wealth management cross-serving to existing clients of acquired firms, focusing on integrating tax preparation and planning with investing and estate planning. They will be responsible for the coaching and training of new Relationship Managers and other team members, analyzing current states, and refining and deploying the cross-serve playbook. This role involves overseeing all activities to activate cross-servicing at newly acquired firms to meet set targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams on positioning and execution, and implementing sales strategies within supporting technology. Additionally, they will lead business requirements development for enabling processes and technology, drive enablement for process quality, and design and apply analytics to inform client engagement strategies.
