The Sr. Manager, Retail Inventory Planning must have experience in managing and optimizing in-store inventory to drive sales, margin, and store performance. This role requires the development of pre-season assortment plans and inventory strategies by store, along with effective management of retail inventory to ensure desired in-stock levels. Strong collaboration skills are essential for partnering with various cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for developing and driving pre-season, item-level sales and inventory plans, partnering with merchandising teams on seasonal assortments, and curating the retail product assortment by store. Responsibilities include developing and implementing retail-specific initiatives, preparing channel strategies for OTB meetings, and managing new store inventory planning. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing allocation strategies, managing the timing of seasonal products, optimizing inventory flow, and managing in-season forecasting. The position also requires managing inventory between retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels, managing outlet store pricing updates, participating in performance alignment meetings, assessing planning initiatives, establishing and monitoring revenue KPIs, creating seasonal hindsight reporting, and analyzing monthly actuals to plan and last year.
